Here are some pictures of the trees and the snow (when we went to the Kaibab for trees) and of Austin playing in the snow. There was about a foot of snow up there. I love the snow when I can go to it and have fun.
As you can see Austin was the only one that was willing to get out and brave the snow and cold.
The pictures below are the trees on the Kaibab the two on the left are the ones in the burned out part they kind of make me sad. It is still beautiful. the other two are just trees and snow aren't they beautiful.

Out on the Kaibab toward the Grand Canyon from Jacob Lake.
The burnt trees are so sad. Rhett gets all up set everytime we go out on the Kiabab and see's all the damage and no clean up!!! The picture of the grove of tree's looks like it should be in a book. So pretty and peaceful!!! We go up every year (almost) and it his become a loved family tradition!
We miss this every year we are gone. Glad to see it keeps going. Perhaps one year we will be able to come for Thanksgiving and Christmas Trees.
