Tuesday was the region track meet. It was held in Kanab. It was a great day. Not much wind and lots of sun for a change. It has been so cold and windy lately.
I spent the day in the booth helping with timing the races. It went well for the most part. We had a little glitch with the team scores but we recalculated them by hand.
Jordan did the shot put. He is doing well. He improves every track meet. He wants to practice all year so that next year he will be improved alot.

Good job, Sord! You have got to have some pretty big muscles if you can throw that ball because I can't even pick it up with both arms.
