Site seeing with Grandpa is quite an adventure. Tammi rode with Mom and Dad and the kids rode with me. Grandpa would slow down or stop and be looking at something but we would have no clue most of the time what we were supposed to be looking at. Finally about 5 minutes later Tammi would call and tell us what we were seeing. It was quite an adventure. We saw alot of their mission and went to three different states in our travels while we were there.
One of the many lakes in Oklahoma.
Amish car
A Rooster made out of metal.
We are sure this is a mormon Suburban at Walmart in Pryor.
Mom and Dads friend the cat. You better not bother him or he will get you.
On our way to church.
Another Amish car
Someone carved the tree in their front yard.
The deer in Oklahoma (these are full grown and ready to hunt).
The white spot you can see is Garth Brooks house. It took us a while to find it. I is surrounded by a fence and this is the closest you can get. There are two other houses there also.
Waiting at the Oklahoma City airport to fly out. We took four different flights.
Las Vegas
It is always good to be home but we all had a great time visiting with Grandma and Grandpa. Oklahoma is a little colder than we expected and we slept on the floor on blow up mattresses and used curtains to cover us and keep us warm. But all in all we all had a great time.
